Current level: 3 days a week of 45 minutes
If mental strength is high, then increase fitness activity.
Level 1: Gym 3 days a week of 60 minutes (running and weights).
Level 2: Gym 5 days a week of 60 minutes (running and weights).
Level 3: Join a different fitness club every month, for just one month (Examples: crossfit, cycling, running).
Level 4: Club + weights 2 days a week.
Level 5: Club + weights 2 days a week + start entering club competitions.
If motivation is decreasing, fall back through these steps one by one. Also, reexamine current goals to see if they need to be changed.
Down Level 1: Run 30 minutes, 3 days a week.
Down Level 2: Run 45 minutes, 2 days a week.
Down Level 3: Run 30 minutes, 1 day a week.
Down Level 4: Drop keto, keep similar diet.
Down Level 5: Increase calories to around 2500.
Down Level 6: Drop intermittent fasting.

Online English School: Client had previously owned an English School and wanted to start an online school but lacked certain skills. I partnered with them to start the business. Business is currently in the startup stage.
Chef's Kitchen: Client wanted to start a meal every week after their church service. They had tried to start it before but couldn't get it running. I came in and helped them find 3 chefs and built a system to minimize the time needed from volunteers.
